On March 8th and 9th students and faculty from the EDFL program at UL Lafayette participated in the annual Louisiana Education Research Association (LERA) conference. The conference was a great success with over 30 UL Lafayette students, and over 10 EDFL faculty members participating in various presentations, round tables, poster sessions, and symposiums.  Topics covered a wide range of education, including rethinking the Autism spectrum, equipping teachers to handle ELLs, the use of hands-on activities, dispositions of effective teachers, school improvement, and many others.
