The Educational Doctoral degree program consists of 60 credit hours of coursework beyond the master's degree, with a concentration in these four major areas:

• Educational leadership in higher education administration: 27 hours
• Research courses: 15 credit hours
• Leadership seminars: 12 credit hours
• Dissertation seminars: 6+ hours
